Children engage in safe, age-appropriate challenges. Educators follow strict protocols and supervise all outdoor activities including tool use.

At Ekya Vana, children develop what we call earth sense, an instinct to care for the world around them. You’ll find them crouched beside a struggling plant, gently patting the soil; pausing mid-play to listen to an unfamiliar bird call; or asking thoughtful questions that make adults stop and ponder like, “Why do trees give us oxygen if they need it too?”

Yes, parents are actively involved at Ekya Vana. Through our Friends of Ekya network, families engage by hosting expert talks, leading sessions joining as parent chaperones on field explorations, and co-creating sustainability initiatives. This way, parents not only engage with their child’s learning but also become a part of a growing community dedicated to nurturing a greener future.
Required clothes for the child during school hours is included in the uniform kit issued by the school
